18-16 Daisy 18-16

Adopted by:
Gary & Beth

Daisy and Sydney will remain in their current foster home “furever”! We are so excited that this wonderful pair of friends will stay together and not have to move again. Stay tuned for their updated adoption story.

That’s my name! I’m kind of sweet like the flower, and you don’t have to pull any petals off to know you would love me (vs. love me not!). I just weighed in at 56 pounds, and the vet said I’m quite healthy. I love to go on walks with my “big little” sister, Sydney. My foster mom said a harness and expandable leash work best to curb my enthusiasm when Sydney and I trot through the neighborhood. She is impressed with how we enjoy everybody and everything. Sydney has been my sister for as long as I remember. We will play and tease each other, run through the yard side by side, and I’m always glad to see her if we have been separated for any reason. I do well in the house and in my crate during the day.  Sometimes “driving Miss Daisy” goes well, but other times I’m rather stressed with whines and barks. Our history is a mystery, but our foster people learned we must have been able to sleep on the bed or couch in the past. I have a great appetite, take treats like a lady, and I come running when there are food prep noises in the kitchen. I did snitch a couple of things off the kitchen counter when I first arrived at the foster home, but that hasn’t happened recently. I know “sit and come” but I don’t always listen. I do like to please people and play. Fetching balls is a specialty. If you are interested in a sweet golden girl with the bonus of Sydney, speak up!
