Riggs is an energetic six year old who loves to play with his foster siblings. Riggs has easily transitioned from being an outdoor dog to loving the indoors. He still enjoys his outdoor time but wants to be with his people and get as much attention as he can while minding his manners. Riggs is not yet available for adoption.
