I am Sophie, and such a lucky girl! I just moved to my forever home with my new parents Bill and Doris. I have already claimed a nice comfy spot on a big pillow in their room and otherwise enjoy stretching out on the couch (I really like being comfortable!) I met other family members and even took a swim in the kiddie pool – it was rather hot that day! I enjoy going for long walks as well as just sitting and being petted and loved by my folks. My foster parents were wonderful – they helped me a lot to begin to overcome my separation issues, and we are still working on that. Now that I know I am home, I think everything will be okay. I love the grandchildren and the granddogs that are all part of this family. It is fun to have people more my own size, and the big folks are pretty wonderful too!
