Hi GRRIN fans, this is Ruby. Or, Miss Ruby as my fantastic foster mom, Misty, calls me. I’m yet another example of how awesome GRRIN is and how this great organization made sure I had a second chance. I was taken to the humane society in Lincoln when my family could no longer afford to keep me with them. I have to admit that made me sad. Then, some really nice people from GRRIN met me and before I knew it I was living with Misty and her Golden, Hawkeye. He turned out to be a terrific foster brother who helped me feel welcome in his home. I learned how to feel safe and secure at Misty’s house and that was just what I needed. Not too long after that another family came to visit me and they knew I was the dog for them. Now I live with Diana, Amy and Taylor. They have given me such a loving forever home and are quick to tell folks I’m the most wonderful dog ever. Thanks to GRRIN Diana and her girls came into my life and we’re all living happily ever after. Adopted July 2011
