Update for Nala: After several months of special care in her foster home, it has been decided that Nala should remain with her foster parents indefinitely. We believe that she will thrive by staying in the same home and continuing to receive physical therapy treatments. Nala attends many GRRIN events – we hope you will get to congratulate her in person!
Hi There! My name is Nala and I am about 9 years old. I was found as a stray, but I am living the good life now in my foster home with my doggie brother Marley and my doggie sister BooBoo. My foster Mom and Dad love me very much and are taking great care of me…you see I have a funny walk, and have to be careful not to fall down. I love people, dogs, and cats, but I will have to be in a quiet home without steps. I do go for 2 or 3 short walks a day, and am trying to lose some weight. I love green beans, apples, and carrots and belly rubs! So while the great folks with GRRIN try to figure out why I walk funny, I am enjoying the good life and I am a very happy girl.
