Remember me – Emma Grace, the very cute, but very shy little Golden. I’m not sure why it takes me a while to warm up to people,especially men, but once I get to know you, I will be your very best buddy in the whole world. Well, that is just what happened when I went to meet my new family for the very first time. It took me about 30 minutes before I figured out…this family is really awesome. Everyone was very patient and gentle with me, even Maggie, their three-year-old flat coated retriever. After that, I just became a social butterfly – letting everyone pet me, investigating all areas of the house, taking treats, and “playing” with Maggie. I really had a good time visiting with them. Luckily, they also had a fun time and decided they definitely would like for me to join their family. When I entered their house again, I felt like I was right at home: went right in, approached everyone to say hello, and then I started to play with my new fur-sister Maggie. Every day we all have a great time starting at 5:40am when I become an alarm clock and wake everyone up and then jump into bed with my best human sister, Bella. We go for walks, I’m learning my commands, I’m even starting to like car rides and, of course, playing with Maggie. Because of GRRIN and my foster family teaching me to become more confident, I have found my fur-ever home with an awesome family. I am so HAPPY! THANK YOU, and many puppy hugs…Emma Grace
