Meet this handsome boy, Redman (Red). He is a golden retriever/collie mix that has the best traits of both! He has the cutest white boots. He is quite active and needs to have his energy burned off and playing fetch is one of his favorite things to do! He runs like the wind to get the ball! Thank goodness for the invention of the chuck-it! He is very agile when he runs…he might do well with agility training.
He is a quick learner. He has learned to lay down and stay while waiting for his meals. He is quite focused. He is now crate trained and goes into it without a problem. He sleeps in there all night.
Red would be happy to have a dog playmate that has lots of energy like him to play with. Children in the home should be at least school-aged. His running skills might be too much for the little ones. He would like to have someone home with him a lot. He needs to share his love all of the time!
