GRRIN Needs Foster Families

GRRIN’s mission is to rescue golden retrievers, but if we do not have enough foster homes, then there is the possibility that we will have to turn away dogs in need or ask a surrendering family to wait a longer period before their dog can come into foster care. Although our rescue operations have been slow during the pandemic, we are still receiving surrender calls. When we have dogs with specialized needs (only dog in the home, no young children, limited stairs) it helps to have a variety of foster families for us to contact.

If you have been thinking about becoming a foster parent, or if you simply have questions about the process, please reach out to GRRIN. Either send an email to or call us at 402.330.6680 and leave a message. A GRRIN volunteer will get back to you to answer your questions and begin the foster approval process.
