Max came into GRRIN with his buddy, Bubba. They had lived together for a long time but didn’t really get regular human attention. Foster Mom Kristen took in both dogs, her first foster! She almost immediately bonded with Max and he took to her as well. Over time and with the help of another foster home it was realized that it would be best if Max and Bubba each had their own home and no longer needed to be together. The happy ending is that Max is at his true furever home with Kristen where he enjoys chasing balls, rolling in the grass, belly rubs, and constant cuddles! Congratulations Kristen and Max!
Hello My name is Max. I’m quite the Senior. My foster mom says I’m the perfect gentleman and I do a great job of staying by her side all the time! I love being near people and being part of the family. I like to play with my toys and I’m pretty good with a tennis ball even for my age. I love being outside and rolling around in the grass, and I also like to go for small walks. I’m fine with dogs and cats. The resident dog and I share toys and I like to follow him around to see what he is doing. I ignore the cat because he’s pretty boring. I’m trustworthy in the house and do not chew on anything. I just learned how to do stairs in my foster home but I would like it best if my new home didn’t have a lot of stairs. If you are looking for a great senior and a laid back companion, I’m your guy!
