YOLO! You only live life once! I am living my best dog life ever. My name is Tripp and I have been in my new fur-ever home for just over a month. My new mom is helping me overcome some of my fears and anxiety. She is helping me gain confidence to be my best dog self that I can be. I go to work every day with mom (I am so glad she works from home so that I am not home alone and I can visit mom when she is working). I have made friends with my neighbor dog, Ripp, who is also a Golden. We have become best buds! Our moms are planning play dates for us when the weather gets warmer. I have a lot of neighborhood dogs that walk by my house every day and I always greet them and their owners. I get a lot of pets and sometimes, treats. Life is good! My mom buys me puzzles that keep me busy and she tells me how smart I am. I supervise the lady who cuts our grass and I make sure she doesn’t miss a single spot. My mom started taking me on walks and I love to sniff all the new smells in the neighborhood. I don’t like thunderstorms much but mom says its ok that I sleep in her closet when the clouds start making noises.
My mom tells me how handsome I am, how great I am doing and I am making great progress on becoming the best boy. I LOVE my new home and I am becoming less fearful and trying so many new things.
