Hi, my name is Max. When I came into my foster home, I was a little scared and was having some seizures. My foster mom got me on a regular routine of anti-seizure meds and love. Since coming into my forever home, no seizures! I have became bonded with the resident golden puppy Bailey and now we love to rough-house together. F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S…that’s me…Fabulous Moses. When I went to my GRRIN foster home, my foster mom said that I was just FABULOUS. I did have to work on my leash walking skills because I pulled really hard. After changing my collar to a prong collar, I now walk like I’m in a national dog show…perfect. Betsy’s forever family started fostering her and her brother, Charlie 21-10, at the end of July 2021. They were two of four VERY special Goldendoodle puppies who came into GRRIN rescue. This quartet (which includes Millie 21-11 and Frank 21-12) has had an amazing journey after being surrendered to GRRIN at a very young age when it was discovered they were blind from birth. It was clear almost from the beginning these pups were destined and determined to be normal, active, loving, and well-adjusted dogs who needed a bit of extra training and attention.   Update on Charlie 21-10: As one of four blind Goldendoodle puppies surrendered to GRRIN in 2021, he continues to do just great. His forever family calls him an absolute delight! He’s learning commands, walking well on-leash, and getting the hang of all the ins and out of being a more grown-up dog having just hit eight months old. Charlie has also become a good traveler since he gets to winter in Texas with his family, including their resident Golden Retriever, Abby.
